AI and Society Fellowship

At the Block Center, I’ve been working on organizing a new “AI and Society” fellowship program that aims to bring together students from across the university (including different schools, disciplines etc.) who want to engage around the social, political, and ethical dimensions of AI. The program is roughly modeled off of a program that I participated in at the Berkman Klein Center during my PhD.
I am excited to see how the program goes, and to learn from the perspectives of students on these topics – especially undegraduates – who seem to be confronted with this technology in a number of uncertain and potentially-challenging ways, both in their educational experience and in imagining the future of the job market.
